One factory, full control over machining, assembly and quality
5,000 square meters of organized production in Taizhou, Zhejiang — from raw steel inspection and CNC machining to pressure testing and export-ready packing of agricultural hydraulic cylinders, valve blocks and universal joints.
Twenty years focused only on agricultural hydraulic components
Taizhou Yilong Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and has grown into a focused OEM/ODM workshop serving machinery brands and distributors across Europe, North America, the Middle East and South America — including long-term customers in Italy.
Production is organized into dedicated machining, welding, surface-treatment, assembly, testing and packing zones. Keeping every critical process in-house is how we protect lead times and maintain batch-to-batch consistency under our ISO 9001 quality system.

Drawing & DFM Review
We review your drawings, samples or machine requirements for tolerances, materials and seal selection — quotation within 24 work hours.

Raw Material & Cutting
Certified steel bar and honed tube are checked on arrival, then cut to length for cylinders, valve blocks and joint bodies.

CNC Machining
Turning, milling, deep-hole drilling, tapping and grinding on 60+ CNC machines with in-process dimensional control.

Welding & Surface Treatment
Cylinder bodies are welded and stress-controlled; parts receive hard-chrome, black-oxide, zinc or painted finishes as specified.

Assembly & Pressure Testing
Components are assembled with selected seal kits and every cylinder is tested at 1.5× working pressure for leakage.

Final Inspection & Export Packing
Final QC sign-off, part-number marking, rust protection and plywood export crating before dispatch to your port or door.

Our production follows an ISO 9001-certified quality management system: incoming material verification, in-process dimensional checks, pressure and leakage testing, final inspection and full batch traceability.
