Our custom hydraulic valve blocks (manifolds) are produced for agricultural hydraulic systems. They integrate cartridge relief, check, flow-control and directional valves into one compact steel body — reducing hoses and leak points on tractor, harvester and implement hydraulic circuits.
Manufacturing is fully controlled in-house: steel blocks are CNC milled, deep-hole drilled, tapped to BSPP/NPT/metric or SAE specifications, cross-hole deburred and flushed, then finished per customer specification.
We manufacture from customer drawings and circuit schematics, and our engineering team can support DFM review of cavity layout and port routing. Every block is pressure tested and its threads and sealing faces inspected before export packing.

We machine cavities per your drawings and schematics. Send your cavity specifications or sample block and we will confirm manufacturability and quote.
Can you design the manifold for us?+
Yes. Under our ODM service we can review your hydraulic schematic and machine model, then propose port layout and valve selection for your approval before machining.
How are internal burrs and contamination controlled?+
Cross-holes are deburred after machining, each block is flushed and pressure tested, and ports and sealing faces are 100% inspected to protect your valves from contamination.
What materials are available?+
We machine from customer-specified materials — typically carbon steel, alloy steel or aluminum. Please confirm your material grade in the RFQ.
