Our agricultural hydraulic cylinders are double-acting welded units developed specifically for farm machinery. They power tractor power-steering circuits, three-point hitch lift systems, front loaders and draft-control functions where dust, vibration and long field hours are part of everyday operation.
Every cylinder is built to the customer’s specification rather than pulled from a fixed catalogue: bore, stroke, rod diameter, port position, mounting ends and paint finish are all produced from your 2D/3D drawings, a reverse-engineered sample or a joint ODM design. Our engineering team reviews tolerance stack-up, seal selection and rod buckling before production begins.
The barrel is precision-honed steel, the piston rod is hard-chrome plated, and each unit receives polyurethane and NBR seal kits selected for agricultural hydraulic oil. Finished cylinders are 100% pressure tested at 1.5× working pressure, then externally inspected and packed for export.

Yes. We are an OEM/ODM factory: cylinders are produced from your 2D/3D drawings, CAD files or a physical sample, including custom bore, stroke, ports, mountings and surface finish.
What is the typical lead time?+
Sample production normally takes 10–20 working days depending on complexity, and mass production follows an agreed production schedule so seasonal farm-machinery demand can be planned in advance.
How do you guarantee quality?+
Production runs under our ISO 9001 quality system. Every cylinder is pressure and leakage tested at 1.5× working pressure, with critical dimensions recorded before packing.
Do you supply seal kits and replacement parts?+
